Minister of Religion & African Contemporary Worship & Wellbeing Director Vacancy

Role Summary:

At All Nations Christian Church, UK, we are passionate about seeing lives transformed by the Gospel — not only locally and throughout the United Kingdom, but across the nations of the world. We are currently seeking a Spirit-filled and visionary leader to serve as a Minister of Religion and our Strategic Missional Leader. This is a full-time leadership position for someone who carries a heart for the nations, thrives in strategy and execution, and is deeply rooted in the call to make disciples of all nations.

The Minister of Religion and Missional Leader will oversee the development, implementation, and management of all ministry outreach initiatives. This includes supporting missionaries, coordinating ministry projects, and leading operational strategies that expand our ministry impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the church’s missions vision and strategy
  • Provide pastoral care and operational oversight to missionaries and missions teams
  • Develop and maintain international ministry partnerships
  • Oversee humanitarian projects, church plants, training, and outreach events abroad
  • Organise and lead mission trips, conferences, and cultural training
  • Manage budgets, logistics, reporting, and compliance
  • Represent the ministry in international missions forums and networks

 

What we're looking for:

  • Ordained Minister of Religion with sound Biblical teaching and spiritual maturity
  • Proven leadership in cross-cultural missions (minimum 5 years)
  • Ability to communicate fluently, minister and provide counselling in native Ghanaian Languages (Twi, Ewe, Ga) and English language
  • Experience in operational management, project coordination, and team building
  • Strong communication, administrative, and intercultural skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
  • A deep passion for evangelism, discipleship, and kingdom impact
  • Conversant in Ghana languages and cross-cultural ministries.
